recovery phase...

Seize the day...


It finally came to me this morning as I'm lying in bed on an overcast, mildly rainy morning here at 5 Corners: desire to blog... again. It's been a while and the last posting came from a very stressed out person on the edge of academic insanity! That last semester of grad school had lasting effects on me; the emotions, the stress, the lack of quality sleep, the work load added to school load, the desire to write the most honest works that I could muster up that represented what I believed in... the list goes on. In the midst of all this I turned my back on the one thing that could have brought immense relief to all my perceived & real pressures- YOGA.

Well I'm back, and stronger than evah- ROAR! I'm working back up to 2nd series (ashtanga) and it is amazing what the body remembers- when the body remembers, the mind surrenders. Love this!
